Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at antonio@dtrmotoring.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 9990 Indiana Ave 9 Riverside, CA 92503. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DTR Motoring collects sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California. Orders shipped to addresses outside California will not be charged sales tax unless required by the destination state’s tax laws. Buyers outside of California are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable use tax to their state.

DTR Motoring collects sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California. Pursuant to California law, a California Tire Fee of $1.75 per new tire will be added to all tire sales.

Returns
All sales are final after 30 days. A one-time store credit may be issued only if the product is in new, uninstalled condition and in its original packaging. Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Master Liability Disclaimer
1. All Products Sold As-Is: All products, without exception, are sold “as-is” with no warranty of any kind beyond the manufacturer’s original limited warranty (if applicable).
2. No Liability for Installation, Use, or Failure: DTR Motoring is not responsible for any installation, removal, reinstallation, modification, or labor costs — even in cases of defective items. We assume no liability for damages, injuries, deaths, property loss, or costs of any kind resulting from installation, use, misuse, failure, or incompatibility.
3. Coverage of All Product Categories: Applies to all products sold, including wheels, tires, suspension, steering components, transmission parts, fuel systems, engine-related products, electronics, lighting, performance upgrades, and any current or future products.
4. Motorsport & Performance Use Risk: Many products are intended for off-road or motorsport use only and may not comply with DOT, EPA, or other regulations. Use at your own risk.
5. Indemnification: You agree to fully release, hold harmless, and indemnify DTR Motoring from any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, costs, or liabilities — including legal fees — arising from purchase, installation, use, or failure of any product.
6. Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure proper fitment, compatibility, installation, and safe use of all products. Additional Disclaimers & Protections Fitment & Compatibility: All fitment info is for general reference only; verify exact fitment before purchase. Emissions & CARB Compliance: Some products may not be legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled vehicles without a valid CARB EO number. No Liability for Related or Consequential Damage: DTR is not responsible for damage to related parts, systems, or property caused by failure of any product.
Product Representation: Images and descriptions are for reference only; actual products may vary. In-Store Purchase Acknowledgment: For in-store purchases of high-liability items, customers may be required to sign a form confirming they have read and agree to all terms.
Tires Disclosure
All tires are sold as-is with no warranty beyond the manufacturer’s original warranty (if applicable). Tire performance and safety depend on proper installation, maintenance, and use. DTR assumes no liability for injury, property damage, or loss resulting from tire failure, improper installation, underinflation, overinflation, misuse, or neglect.
Final Sales Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable after 30 days, subject to our posted return policy.
