If you're looking for a great street setup with decent track capabilities, Eibach's Pro-Kit is for you! You will realistically see an equal drop of 1" Front, and 0.7" drop at the Rear with the Pro-Kit on your Type R. Ride quality is firmer than the factory Type R springs, but not super stiff for a daily commute.
