Independent power
The light effect lives in the sill unit, not the car’s electrical system.
Recharge the units by USB, then use the supplied magnetic activation arrangement so the light responds to the door position. This avoids a new wiring connection but introduces battery charging and magnet-positioning maintenance.

Does it fit a newer Model 3 or Model Y?
Not according to the current selector. It lists Model 3 2017–2020 and Model Y 2020 only. Later vehicles require fitment confirmation or a different product.
Does installation require vehicle wiring?
The units are USB rechargeable and magnetically activated, so no new vehicle wiring connection is stated.
What is the difference between 2 and 4 pieces?
Two pieces are for the front doors. Four pieces include front and rear door positions for the selected compatible vehicle.
Are the quoted charging and lighting times guaranteed?
No. They are seller-listed reference figures. Battery age, temperature, mode, activation frequency and charger output affect real results.
What should I know about returns?
Confirm model/year, set quantity and door clearance before final mounting. Installed, marked or used items may have restricted eligibility; review the current refund policy.
