Tesla changed the steering-wheel and airbag architecture during this generation. “Model S/X 2021–2023” is not enough information by itself.

Stop if the icon does not match. A vehicle near the production changeover—or one with a previously replaced steering wheel—should be checked from the visible controls and center structure, not assumed compatible from the model year.

Many owners replace a Model S/X yoke or wheel themselves. The work still involves the driver airbag, steering-wheel fastener, electrical connectors, control and trim transfer, and a final centered-function check.
- Verify the small horn icon and all selected options before disassembly.
- Confirm which center trim and original components must transfer.
- Use the exact Tesla service procedure for the vehicle; do not copy a torque value from a different generation.
- After installation, test the horn, controls and heat, and confirm that no airbag warning remains.

Choose professional installation if any airbag, connector, fastening, trim-transfer or steering-center step is unfamiliar. Stop driving and inspect the work if there is looseness, an airbag warning, an off-center wheel, unusual noise, or any horn, control or heating fault.

Does it fit every 2021–2023 Model S or Model X?
No. It fits the earlier touch-horn configuration identified by the small horn icon on the right spoke. A camera icon indicates the later mechanical-horn structure and is not compatible.
Can I install it on a camera-icon wheel by modifying parts?
No. The difference is structural, not cosmetic. Do not cut, adapt or force airbag, horn or steering-wheel components across the two architectures.
Can the product replace either an original yoke or an original round wheel?
Within the compatible touch-horn configuration, yes, but the middle-trim package differs. A round-wheel source receives the matching middle trim cover; a yoke source reuses its original OEM middle trim.
Are the driver airbag and airbag cover included?
No. The driver airbag and airbag cover are not included. Confirm the original touch-horn center structure and required transfer parts before ordering or disassembly.
Does every finish retain steering-wheel heat?
Yes. Premium Leather, Glossy Carbon Fiber and Matte Carbon Fiber are currently offered with “Retain Heating Function: Yes.”
Can I install the round wheel myself?
Many owners do. Watch the full reference video first and assess your experience with airbags, electrical connectors, the steering-wheel fastener, component transfer and post-installation testing. If any step is uncertain, use a qualified installer.
Will an aftermarket wheel affect the Tesla warranty?
Warranty treatment depends on the region, the vehicle's warranty terms and the cause of a specific fault. TESERY cannot guarantee that an aftermarket modification will never affect coverage. Keep the original parts and consult Tesla or a qualified local advisor when coverage is a concern.
What should I know about customization and returns?
The wheel is configured to the selected finish, and personalized requests may be made specifically for one customer. Non-quality returns for customized or installed products are generally restricted. Verify fitment and all choices before ordering, keep the product uninstalled until the configuration is checked, and review the current refund policy.
